Digital Delivery

Software products may be delivered through an account, login link, invitation email, or product workspace.

Digital products may be delivered by download link, email delivery, customer account, or secure access page.

Digital access is generally provided after successful payment unless a product page states otherwise.

Customers who cannot access a purchased product should contact support@avenrowlabs.com with the email address used for purchase and the order number if available.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping account credentials secure.
