Refunds for digital products may be reviewed when access cannot be restored, the wrong product was delivered, a duplicate charge occurred, or the product materially differs from its description.
Software
Subscription or access-based software products may include cancellation terms shown before checkout or inside the customer account. Cancellation stops future billing unless stated otherwise.
Physical Products
Refunds for physical products depend on return eligibility, product condition, and product-specific terms shown before checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Avenrow Labs may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue and product type.

Contact support@avenrowlabs.com with the name used for purchase, email address used for purchase, order number if available, product name, and reason for the request.
Processing
