Avenrow Labs develops and sells software products, digital resources, and selected physical products.

Products may include web-based tools, downloadable templates, guides, worksheets, structured materials, planning resources, reading resources, review resources, writing tools, and physical formats connected to Avenrow product lines.

Product descriptions, pricing, delivery methods, refund terms, and applicable restrictions are shown on product pages or during checkout.

Some products may require an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login information secure, and using your account in accordance with these Terms.

You may not share account access in a way that violates product-specific terms or enables unauthorized use.

Product prices will be shown before checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

Taxes, shipping costs, and applicable fees may be added before checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Avenrow Labs does not store full payment card numbers.

Charges may appear on customer statements as AVENROW LABS.

Digital products may be delivered through account access, download links, email delivery, or another electronic delivery method shown on the product page.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your email for delivery information.

If you have trouble accessing a purchased digital product, contact support@avenrowlabs.com.

Physical products may be produced and shipped through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Product pages will describe production timing, shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, return eligibility, and other relevant fulfillment details before checkout.

Some software products may be offered as subscriptions.

Subscription billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown before checkout or inside the customer account.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments unless stated on the product page, required by law, or approved by Avenrow Labs.

Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any product-specific terms shown before checkout.

You agree not to use Avenrow products or websites to:

Some products may allow users to submit text, files, notes, prompts, documents, or other material.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use your content with the product.

Avenrow Labs may process user-submitted content as needed to operate the product, provide access, troubleshoot issues, improve services, and comply with legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Some products may provide suggestions, prompts, drafts, summaries, reviews, or other generated or assisted output.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.

Avenrow products are intended for learning, productivity, writing, review, planning, and information organization. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, independent review, or professional guidance.

Avenrow Labs owns or licenses the websites, software, product designs, text, visual assets, templates, workflows, and other materials provided through its products, except for user content and third-party materials.

You may use purchased products for personal or internal business use according to the product-specific terms.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, publicly post, or commercially exploit Avenrow products unless Avenrow Labs gives written permission.

Avenrow Labs may use third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, production, fulfillment, and related operations.

Avenrow Labs is not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

Avenrow Labs may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue products, features, or websites.

If a change materially affects a paid product, Avenrow Labs will handle the issue according to the product terms, refund policy, or applicable law.

Avenrow products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where prohibited by law.

Avenrow Labs does not promise that products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user's specific purpose.

No product can promise academic, professional, business, creative, or personal results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenrow Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of its websites or products.

Avenrow Labs' total liability for a claim related to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
